2. Treat silver chloride with potassium bromide to convert it into silver bromide.
3. React bromoacetic acid with silver chloride to generate chloroacetic acid-2-13C and silver bromide.
4. Finally, other substances are used to convert bromoacetic acid into chloroacetic acid-2-13C.
